2cups of raw rice,2cups of boiled rice,1/2 cup of urud Dall,2teaspoons of fennu greek seeds are soaked over night and  ground into coarse mixer in grinder .salt may be 1/2 a teaspoon full is added and mixed well.
after5 to 6 hours this mixer is ready to put appams.

i have been planning to blog for a long time finally had some time to blog now (thanks to all the dire persistence of my two daughters)
this blog ' life just a cinch' is a glimpse into my hobbies,views,trials and errors, as a matter of fact its my life's philosophy!
soon i will post my how to videos on gardening,cooking,organizing, designing etc and photo blogs as well
